Litigation Paralegal - Securities San Francisco $DOE$ Mid-Level (5+ yrs exp) paralegal needed with experience in managing complex securities litigation cases. Please be skilled in the analysis and organization of SEC documents.  Job will require extensive deposition preparation and discovery work (electronic too).  Knowledge of both state and federal court procedure is necessary.  Familiarity with litigation support databases such as Summation, Concordance and Introspect is helpful.  Trial experience is a plus.
