Litigation Secretaries - Patent Infringement South Bay hi 50's/lo 60s DOE 25 attorney IP boutique is looking for 2 dynamic litigation secretaries with 5-7 years of complex litigation experience.  This firm is a major Valley powerhouse and has an impressive client base for its size.  The ideal candidate will have sharp computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio (graphics program).  Fear not if you don't have all those programs under you belt - if you have the apptitude - they'll provide the training.  He/she will have some flexibility to do overtime during trial and preparation for settlement negotiations or MSJs.  Familiarity with Federal court procedure and e-filing is preferred.  Also, candidates with mid to larger size firm backgrounds will likely do well here.  Please have a HS diploma or, even better, a degree from a 4 year university.  Good proofreading and grammar skills are a must.  Firm is stable and profitable.  It is an excellent place to work and has an outstanding bonus program (some of the biggest bonuses I've EVER seen).  Call me for details or simply send on your resume as a Word attachment.
